Simple Miso Glaze - perfect for chicken, steak, fish, cauliflower or tofu!

Isn’t miso glaze the best?! I’m obsessed! This is the teriyaki tofu bowl I made the other night with miso glazed cauliflower and pumpkin! Such a yummy healthy dinner and vegan too. Please read below for my simple, easy, (and seriously drool worthy!!) miso glaze:


  • ¼ cup mirin

  • ¼ cup water

  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons white or yellow miso paste

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons vegetable or light olive oil


  • Add ingredients to a small bowl and mix until thoroughly incorporated. Then brush or rub paste over your protein or vegetable of choice.

  • Bake, roast, fry, or grill your protein/vegetable and enjoy!
