Rosemary Paloma Cocktail

When you love a margarita, but want to try something a little different once and a while? This rosemary paloma cocktail is AMAZING and made with grapefruit, lemon juice, and a wee bit of Cointreau. It's sweet, sour, and next-level thirst-quenching.
Makes 2
INGREDIENTS
2 shots blanco tequila
2 shots fresh grapefruit juice, plus wedges for garnish
½ shot lemon juice
½ shot Cointreau
1 tablespoon agave nectar, golden syrup or simple syrup
Fresh rosemary
Ice
Sparkling water and more rosemary sprigs, to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
Shake the tequila, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, Cointreau, a rosemary sprig, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add ice cubes and a rosemary sprig to a glass then pour over cocktail, top with sparkling water and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
