Rosemary Paloma Cocktail

When you love a margarita, but want to try something a little different once and a while? This rosemary paloma cocktail is AMAZING and made with grapefruit, lemon juice, and a wee bit of Cointreau. It's sweet, sour, and next-level thirst-quenching.


Makes 2


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 shots blanco tequila

  • 2 shots fresh grapefruit juice, plus wedges for garnish

  • ½ shot lemon juice

  • ½ shot Cointreau

  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar, golden syrup or simple syrup

  • Fresh rosemary

  • Ice

  • Sparkling water and more rosemary sprigs, to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Shake the tequila, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, Cointreau, a rosemary sprig, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker with ice.

  • Add ice cubes and a rosemary sprig to a glass then pour over cocktail, top with sparkling water and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
